SwitchLess is an Android app for people who lose time to hopping between the same few apps. It is in development.
It works in three ways: limits on how long chosen apps can be used, focus sessions that hold distractions back for a set time, and reminders that appear when app switching turns into a loop.
Progress is tracked privately on the device. Optional Pro features will add advanced controls and insights.
The problem
Most distraction is not one long session. It is switching between the same few apps over and over without deciding to.
