DailySiteLog is daily report software for small construction contractors. The site lead talks through the day, adds photos, and sends the client a sealed PDF.
The idea behind it is that a daily log is insurance. When a client disputes a delay or an invoice, the daily record is the first thing anyone asks for, and it only counts if it is complete, dated and unchanged. That is hard to produce on paper at the end of a shift.
So the product removes the writing. Reports are spoken, photos carry a verified time and GPS stamp, the finished report is sealed, and it all works offline for sites with no signal. I designed, built and run it myself.
Construction daily reports are often written on paper or sent as chat messages, which makes them hard to find later when a delay or dispute needs evidence.
Small contractors who need a dated, complete daily record without doing paperwork at the end of a shift.
I designed, built and run the product: the app, the database, the marketing site and its content.
A web app for construction daily site reports, built by Haseeb Sagheer.
The database runs on Supabase and the site is hosted on Vercel with automatic deploys.
Small construction contractors who need daily reports their clients can trust.
It is free for one project, with no card required. See dailysitelog.com for current plans.
